I know because this is what it’s like for me now.

My studio business requires about 5 hours per week of my time, and my coaching and real estate businesses, about 20 hours.

I take off at least one week per month to rest, travel, work on my garden + home, spend time with my family, study with my spiritual teachers and mentors, and (of course) dream up my next creative project.

But it wasn’t always this way…

I remember the day many moons ago when my Studio Manager sat in my office crying, face buried in her palms.

Her chair was only a few feet away, but the desk between us felt like an ocean.

We were in our weekly meeting, and she had finally broken down and told me how my management style was affecting her.

"I feel frozen - like I can't do anything without asking your permission," she said.

I just sat and listened, dumbfounded.

The truth is I desperately wanted to wean my first company off of me so I could show up more fully for my marriage and toddler and build my personal brand so I could make even more money.

And I had a helpful, capable, dedicated employee who would do anything to help.

But I just didn't know HOW.

  • Maybe. Private Coaching can be a very potent, efficient and effective way to get results.

    But/and often times the leaders I work with that have ego stuff and impatience coming up in Group Programs also have the same dynamics amongst their team of employees and/or clients (damn, right?!)

    So my Group Containers can be a good laboratory to clean that stuff up so you can show up as a more humble, confident, collaborative, relational leader and mentor.

    And of course when you master that, your time freedom, support and sales will EXPLODE.

    Another way to look at it: If you have the budget for Private Mentoring, of course that’s the way to get premium support and premium results.

    But if $5-6K/month is too stretchy right now, don’t let that stop you from doing this leadership work with me.
